Until now you could send emails individually to your customers on HOOK, and can even track it. We have upgraded it and have developed a module of sending bulk emails directly via HOOK.

How it works:

1. Select the lead(s) to which you want to send the email on 'My Leads' page. If you want to send email to all the ids coming on the page, you can click on checkbox besides 'Received' text. And if you want to select all the leads then you have to click on 'Select all filtered leads' link.

2. Click on 'Send Mail' button which will come on top (below filters). It will open a compose box on bottom right side (if viewing on desktop)

3. Compose your email and click 'Send' to send it to all the leads.

4. This mail will be updated in history of every lead and if traveler replies to your bulk email, you will get it in your inbox and will also be mapped on HOOK. You can also track opens/clicks of these emails individually on our 'Track Emails' page.

FAQ of this feature:

1. Can I send unlimited emails through this service?

A. During trial month, you can send 10000 bulk emails. For limit extensions please get in touch with your account manager.

2. Is it a free service?

A. No. But first month is on us. 10000 email credits already allocated in your account.

3. What if my bulk credits got expired?

A. Please get in touch with your account manager for increasing your limit.
