Most awaited feature on HOOK goes live today - ability to ask for review from a traveler. Now you can send an email to traveler, asking to review your company at click of a button.

How it works

1. Whenever traveler's trip ends HOOK will automatically show you the icon of 'Ask for review' on lead list page and a button of 'Ask for review' on lead detail page. Here's the screenshot:

2. Once you click on any of the button/icon traveler will get an email from your company's name asking to review you. Meanwhile you will be shown 'Request sent' icon/button on respective pages. Here's how
