To filter out all those leads who opened your email, we have given an option in 'Smart Filters' on 'My Leads' page. Smart filters is a drop down which has 'Opened Email' option in it. Here's the working

Emails sent to virtual email id are going to right traveler & vice versa

Q. We are getting questions on whether emails which are being sent to virtual email address are going to the right person or not?

A. Whenever you send an email to a virtual email id, it goes to the correct email id of  the traveler. Also vice versa is true i.e when a traveler sends a reply to the virtual email id then that email goes to the travel agent (master or subuser) who procured that enquiry (paid/free). Virtual email address is unique for every combination of traveler and travel agent. So you don't have to worry about if your communication will go to the wrong person. Every communication between an agent and a traveler goes through a unique channel and there ain't any cross connection.
